The site is pretty cool, however those prices seem really high. Dosent Billy G with Freeride Sessions charge like 600-700 for the week? The guys at lake lessons want 400 for 7 hours...??? For that price I would expect to ride like Parks at the end of 1 day. What do yall think?

I have no idea. I didn't really put it out here for anything more than the fact that a friend of mine designed it for them.
I do know that the guys at lake lessons are really good though and it would really benefit anyone who would take lessons with them.

I think the site looks great, although I do agree the cost is out of sync with some of the other lessons in the Austin area. I have never heard of those guys, that doesn't mean much, but I would rather be taught by some people that I have heard of and I know can ride. $60 a hour seems way too much. Good site though, hope your friend has luck with building more sites.

bordinaustin, Hey Steve who did Greg's site?
check out the pic of Billy G doing a raley over Greg from back in the day when they both rode for O'Brien. Greg is Lake Lessons.com and of course you know Billy G from www.freeridesessions.com

I've never heard of that Greg guy but I guess if he rode for O'Brien back in the day he could teach the basics. (don't know if I would mention the whole rode for Sea World thing though) I think I would go with the proven rider with the championships that's doing a raley over the Sea World guy. (nice web site though)
Isn't that JP guy the dude that talks like a ghettofabulous surfer? I wouldn't want my kids with that guy

Stone---My friend Scott did the site ( www.hostuonline.com ) he does the designs and Nathan (who actually owns hostuonline) does really good video work ( www.altitudedigital.com ) I know that they could do some nice stuff for 360wakeboard.com too and the prices are great. If you are interested, contact Scott at scott@hostuonline.com or you can email me and I'll get it to him.
notubers--- JP's cool and really good. I really think that if people haven't heard about him yet, it's just a matter of time till they do.

395 for a full day? That at least better be private lessons.

Thanks Kyle,
It just bothers me reading her posts all over this board and the majority are negative. I was going to send her a message, well actually I did because she is in our area. But who would want that kind of attitude on their boat??

Is notubers a chick? I always thought it was a dude???? Crazy. I said something about it in another conversation as well. Seems like she is always bashing people for no reason at all.

yea the event was great! We had over 100 people on Sat. I am sure.. from Dallas, Austin, and Houston and a few places in between! If cablestock isn't your gig, we are having another event out there, bigger and better.. Plenty of demos, boats, etc..
Yeah I think notubers is a chick but her attitude sucks. I would probably drown her if she brought that on the boat I was on...

Both Billy Garcia and Greg Lawrence are great riders and I've always had a great time riding with both of them. They are damn good instructors too so no matter what school you go to you'll be in good hands.

Confidence can be a dangerous thing.
I guess we'll never know, Ms. Studmuffin, because it looks like notubers doesn't wanna play.

| Notubers is an, no offense, IDIOT! Greg Lawrence practically invented the sport of wakeboarding and is above advanced and expert. He doesn't need to be Shane or Watson or Murray- he's a pro!! His lessons are just booming because there isn't anyone in the world who wouldn't want to learn from the best! And the Sea World gig was an honor- the comment she posted was way uncool. I don't know too many people who excel at so many watersports the way he has- stop hating Notubers!!

wviveen, word... With 40 post over the last 3 years, I am pretty sure they have "stopped hating" by now.
Greg is a great guy, and very much respected in the Texas area on a side note.

| I don't mean to post against old stuff, but it's funny how stuff like this can't be undone. I was actually looking for an old article about him that he's never seen and THIS of all things popped up. And it will continue to pop up forever... or until wakeboarder.com removes this!! I think that it's a little ridiculous to post remarks like that about someone who you don't even know or maybe even heard of. Especially when that person's career is their reputation. I never even read these posts, but the fact that they turned up on my search engine is a little unnerving... Sorry again for posting on a 3-year old board!![/i]
