Having trouble deleting old emails...

Since Yahoo had a Gig of email space. I don't bother deleting my email. I was surprised to see that I have 565 emails, and the oldest was Jan 1st of 2005. I can't believe I got so many emails. And these aren't even the automatically deleted zillions of spams. I suspect that I'm not the only one that has a problem delting an old email, just in case you need to "refer back to it". I need to get out more.

I've actually got CD's full of backed up emails.
