|
|
I am regular footed and if I go out for any extended amount of time like 5 minutes, my foot cramps up real bad. I have the Hyperlite Motive board with the bindings that came with it (it was the combo deal) However, I have also used other bindings as well and they all do the same thing.
If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it. |

| I have the bindings pointed in the 11 oclock and the 1 oclock position, do you think that is wrong? |

do both of your feet get f'ed up. I used to have it where my right foot killed after a couple runs, but now i have broken my bindings in and there molded to my feet and they dont hurt anymore. Just keep wearing them and your feet will mold the bindings. _________________ 93 four winns

about the same thing here, but on both feet. not sure how yours affect you but mine mostly cramp the worst on top of my feet to the toes. there would even be times when I'm trying to slip my feet into the binding and they feel like their starting to cramp already. even at times when I'm just swimming. whats helped me is to cut out all drinks except water and drink a lot of it on that day. plus I've been doing little exercises such as rotating my feet, flexing my feet up and down and also flexing my toes in and out, usually on days when I don't ride. wondering if maybe they're just not conditioned enough yet. who knows, but it has help a little . |

Point your bindings all they way out as far as they go like 10 and 2. Move them 1 hole farther apart and then ride it and adjust tem in as you need to. I ride with a wide stance and towed all the way out _________________ "The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed."

I did this and my foot stopped hurting. If it's the same dull (but very painful) ache in the balls of the foot then I the above advice should work. I wouldn't describe it as a cramp, it's not as sharp. After taking off the bindings thepain would subside but would onset again when i started riding again.
I left my back foot at the same orientation and rotated my front binding out. Breaking in the bingings helped but the angle in which the pressure was being placed on front of my foot was the key. |
