|
|
We just got our new Nautique last Friday. Well its not actually brand new, but its new to us! Its a 2001 Air Nautique, when we bought it it only had like 52 hours on it. We took it with us to Lake Shasta for Spring Break, it was a lot of fun. I don't have very good pictures of it, I'll have to get some. These pics are from when my dad went to look at it a couple of weeks ago, I'll post some from Shasta when we get the pictures back. But anyways here are some pics!

Grace, how do you plan on weighting it?
the wake is absolutely huge when you have 2k in the boat, which is what i will be running in the same boat (same hull, probably the same engine GT-40) this summer.
im gonna use 2 750 sacs on either side of the engine compartment. 550 in the trunk, and say 200-300 lbs in the front
Then well raise some hell on the lake

Dragon- Yeah I'm pretty sure our boat has the GT-40 engine in it. I'm not sure how we are going to weight it yet. It has the Launch Control System in it and then we will probably put some sacs in it too. I haven't really decided yet.
Jeff- Are you talking about the two knobs? Those are for the ballast.

yea, probably, the GT-40 was the standered equip engine for 2000-2002.....i think now they are useing the excalabur....320 hp instead of 310 hp.
just cerious, could you take a picture of the transom storage....i dont have the LCS and i want to see how much room is in the trasom whith the LCS.

That's a sweet find, 52 hours is like someone broke it in for you and took the big depreciation hit as a favor !!! Enjoy
