Hello All:

This is an awesome web-site. I just started wakeboarding this past weekend. I had a blast and would like to do more of it. The boat we have in our family is an old bayliner that runs great. It has always been used for skiing and not wakeboarding. I want ot buy a tower for it. I was hoping that maybe somoene can give me an idea of what tower to buy, what should I look for in a tower and is it easy to install. I figure I should start with a tower and if I still enjoy it then I will get the boat I want. Thanks for you help.

Rook05.

wakeair.com
monstertower.com
rosewellwakeair.com
bigairpylons.com
wakedesigns.com

Those are the ones I see and hear about the most. You can also go to wakeside.com and check out the skylon towers, many are a fan of those.

hit the search function. you'll get more info than you need on towers. On this site your gonna hear monster tower. easy to install, very solid and customer service is awesome. I have on of those. cost is about 1200.00 they're are cheaper ones around. but monster is a nice solid tower. but do the search and make your own decision

Welcome to the sport, it's a lot of fun. Honestly there are a lot of things that you can learn without a tower (learn to ride well in reg and switch, surface 180's, ollies). Since you just started wakeboarding you may want to consider holding off on buying the tower until you get the hang of it and your sure that your gonna stick with it before your spend 1k + on a tower. Just my 02. When your ready for a tower I love my H20 tower from bigairpylons.com. Very strong and looks good. Most people on this forum will suggest monstertower.com and I have heard nothin but great things about them. Good luck.
