| you may need to pull the handle a bit harder to get the slack you need to get the pass. |

| pull the handle with both hands to initiate the rotation at the peak of your height on the jump...and try going w2w to lessen the line tension. spinning late is key. |

| Also, make sure you pull the handle to your back hip and not just across sideways. If you do the later, you'll still get great rotation but the handle will be too far away from your back to pass. When you pull it to your back hip, you make sure it gets in close enoguh for a good pass. |

I only just got this trick. The key for me was NOT rotating at all. Just pop and pass the handle from your rear hand to your hip and into your other hand. the rotation just happens from the pull of the boat naturally. _________________ I walk 47 miles of barb wire, I got a cobra snake for a necktie, a brand new house up on the road side, and it's made out of rattlesnake hide |

So true. It took me years to cop that simple principle.
Spent ages rushing the trick, thinking I didn't have enough time and spinning off the wake. I would let go off the handle with one hand as soon as I left the wake and so could never make the pass.
Slow drift legs bent, hardly any edge, big pop at wake, when you're at your peak of the jump pull through to your trailing hip with both hands on the handle and then wham bam the handle will be there to be grabbed. Ride away and smile _________________ Hasta la victoria siempre |

| I have to for myself think every time.....pop...pass....its amazing the mental block I get sometimes. I couldn't fathom why I wasnt landing it the other day, looked at a coupleo f photos and realized I was trying to spin before the board even left the wake! |

| russell21, Pass the handle at the small of your back/under your butt. And like what was said above Pop, Pull, Pass. |
