I havent wakeboarded before and I am wanting to buy a board but want something that i will not have upgrade once my skill level builds. Also it will be used by my family as well.. Do you think a hyperlite motive would suit me?

the motive is great. it would be a good boat board. you wouldnt have to upgrade until your into the mid intermediate level. you cant find one board thats gonna be all levels for everyone.

I ride a Motive 144 (I am 6'4" 235 lbs). I really like the Motive for my skill level.. no inverts yet.. It was Shaun Murray's pro board a few years back, and I know a few of my friends that have it.. we are all happy with it.. especially for the price.
