| We ordered one not to long ago, nice boat for a great price. In the same range as a moomba but just a bigger boat. Lots of info if you do a search. |

We also ordered one (V220 sky). great price on a nicely equipped v-drive. From the test drives that I took fit an finish quality seemed good. Stock wake was pretty good also. I can't wait to weight it down and see what it can throw. Unfortunatley, I don't pick mine up for another 5 weeks. _________________ "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." - Benjamin Franklin

| I just bought a used 2002 V208 Sky Supreme. Great condition, and for being a few years old I was very impressed with the quality and the ammenities. Plenty of room, and tomorrow I will be weighing it down with 1700lbs of ballast. Can't wait to see what the wake looks like. For the price, I think they are well worth it. Fineline Industries, who also build for Centurion, are the builders for Supreme. Let me know what you think if you decide to buy one. |

What did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
I bought an 03 holdover last year for $32k (v220 sky, .2 hrs) 0 down, low interest, and 3 year warranty. I'm thinking about selling it for take over payments, and $1000 for the Perfect Pass I just installed. (100 hrs, 23 months of warranty left) Not that I don't like it, my wife is more interested in a powerboat than a wakeboat.

| I bought it for $28K. 97 hrs, tower speakers, internal ballast, etc. Wish I would have known about yours before I bought mine. So what is your opinion of your V220? |

V220 is a solid boat. I put 2 waterbed tubes up front under the bow cusions, and 1 tube in each rear locker then fill the ballast. The boat is very sensitive to weight from side to side, so I can drain off 1/4 of the port or stbd ballast while pulling a rider to dial it in. The boat throws a huge clean wake for the amount of weight I have in it. Perfect Pass is a must, it takes a little bit of effort to keep a constant speed, I never had a problem (my last boat was a 91 ski brendella which took major throttle control) but my buddies that pull me aren't as tuned in with speed control, especially after a beer or two. Just set the perfect pass and get a perfect ride. Like I mentioned in my post above, I love the boat! My wifes idea of boating is jumping into a 29' Fountain and cruising across Lake Tahoe to go have Sunday morning brunch. $300 bucks for a day on the water.

dmkhnr, how much weight do you have in the front and in the back? With the wrap around seating, obviously the weight from the passengers will not be equal from side to side. Do you have everyone sit in the back seat or front seat, etc. Just curious how you set everything up. I am still trying to get the weight dispursement perfected.
Looking to buy a PP soon. Any tips of who has them for a good price? |

The tubes weigh about 100# each.
I put 2 tubes up front under the port side bench seat.
1 tube on each side of the engine, fill the ballast tanks, and drain off (usually the stbd side) until the wake is tuned. If the wake is washy on the port side, I wait until the rider is on that side, then drain the stbd tank until port wake is clean, (about 1/4 or less of the tank) When the rider goes back across to stbd side, the port wake might be a little washy again, but once they come back the rider weight against the boat will tune it back out.
I had 6 people in the boat yesterday, so my speed had to increase to keep a nice wake. You also need to balance the boat with where the passengers sit, its as easy as aking someone to move over to the other side.
Easy enough?
