Dock starts...???

This morning we tried to start from the dock. But it proved more difficult than we thought. We did not manage to succeed, but we got some nice pics of it.

Any tips..?

It does take some practice to land but its a lot easier if, 1. You wear shoes, and 2. hold the board with your left hand with the handle in your right (this is for goofy footed) and make sure you take a good couple of steps and jump off with your left foot. Also try to lean back a little because otherwise you will land and the boat will pull you off your board.

The best way to learn this, though, is to just practice doing it without the boat or handle and once youve got that down, move on to doing it with the boat.

Don't jump so high, doing that just increases the impact and shock on your knees.... And yeah whirlynuke02 has the right ideas aswell

One thing I noticed is that in most of the pictures there's lots of slack in the rope. Try to let it tighten right up and then give the driver the go ahead.
