I doubled my hight just by searching. I'm just kidding but you will get flamed for this. Read up on the home page under trick tips about progressive edgeing. That pretty much all you need to know.

edge outside the wake about as far as you can go, then when the boat starts pulling you back make an aggressive edge back to the wake, make sure you keep the rope tight while your doing this is called "loading the line" keep your legs stiff when you hit the wake, youll be jumping the wake in no tiime _________________ "This suit is really crampin' my hardy boys, and its no mystery" |

LFevo138, did you even read his post? I am pretty sure if he can get s or 4 feet of height on his pops, he has no problem clearing the wake...
If you are going to do anything, work on your progressive edge. And I believe you may be to flat at the top of the wake still... When you hit the wake, hold your edge all the way through it, and dig your heels into the water (or toes) when you are at the crest of the wake when you are fully standing.
Again, 3 or 4 feet of height good be considered good though behind a jet ski, bass boat, or flat bottom boat. Inclue more info in your posts! _________________

just really keep your line tension high. Straiten your legs as much as possible. Thats what does it for me to get higher than just normal jumps. _________________ 93 four winns

Like the others have said:
- Progressive edge. Cut increasingly harder as you go up the lip, as opposed to just going in with a ton of speed.
- Line loading. Resist the pull of the boat directly. the more tension, the more explosive your pop will be off the wake.
- Stand tall. Its almost a similar movement to jumping on a trampoline or diving board. Its not jumping, you just want to have your legs lock up at the right time. When you first start out, stand tall and lock your legs as you get to the bottom of the wake. Eventually you can fine tune it a little later for maximum pop. _________________ Long Island, NY & Canada Lake, NY (addirondacks)
