ive seen different pics of people using a trampoline for practicing moves. in th pics there were pictures of people with their boards on and with out. when i use my trampoline should i wear my board?

Don't use your board.. you can practice w/o it, or just put together a cheap board out of foam or something

i would not use my board, well not my riding board at least. if you have an old skate lying around and you want a board on your feet, duck tape some old shoes onto it so it kinda feels like a wakeboard. but you dont need the board on. i dont atleast.

if you get the feel for going upside down and doing handle passes before you get on the water, it should have made you more comfortable with those 2 things.
