yep im not that good at turning (wellll i can turn left good but right isnt easy at all)(i ride right foot back) and im lookin 4 help if anyone can
o yeah i went today wakeboardin 4 a while n my legs feel sucky

it takes practice, just put a little more weight on your toes and steer with your back foot, after a couple rides youll get the hang of it

you'll build up endurance after awhile. Once you get the basics for turning, try going switch and mastering the same basics, the earlier you start the easier its going to be.

to begin with just practise carving left and right inside the wake, once you've nailed that learn to ride switch and do it.

If you are being serious, I feel sorry for you truely; use the edges of the board! Take the fins off your board, and make yourself learn how to edge!
However, I am sure you and one of your other many created accounts can figure it out between yourselves!

ok i have 1 (one) account... why do you think i have more than 1????
i just started like 2-3 weeks ago n am not THAT good, but ive never snowboarded, or waterskiied, or whatever b4,
i had no experience on the water b4 like 2 weeks ago n had exactly NO clue how to do pretty much everything
but thanks 4 bein a dick
btw ive gotten better at turnin, but when i go outside the wake how do i get even farther out? i dont seem to get a big enough approach,

| When you get outside the wake, lean back against the rope, and turn your edge even more, and you will feel yourself accelerate, thus pushing you out farther from teh wake. I am nto sure that I know what "approach" you are needing, but my friendly advice would be to learn how to use the edges of the baord to steer first, and then worry about approach speed for tricks...it will save you a lot of faceplants in the beginning if you just take baby steps..crawl-walk-run. |
