| you maybe unbalanced, if you let go with your trailing hand that may stable you out a bit more and help you hold on to the handle. |

| What, you didn't like the answers you got on Monday? Just hold on and try to ride it out, get over your nerves and realize that, although you may think it's looking bad in the air, you'll probably be able to pull it off. |

dont worry, when your head impacts the water, you will be sure to let go of the rope, hold on as long as possible, just like other things |

sacwakeboarder, I was about to chime in on that... However, most of these tools feel the need to make fun of newbs to gain respect from the older members... Take what they say with a grain of salt, because they are the main ones palluting the threads with bad vibes, and rookie posts, rather than rookie typing errs, double clicks, etc. I really hope you get your handle issue resolved. I think I posted in your other thread, but if I didnt, keep the rope in tight to your hip! You might have to give it a good tug at the end. _________________

sacwakeboarder, oops,
I'm really sorry for that mistake. I just jumped to conclusions because I have seen it so often on other forums, where someone creates an account and then posts threads that they don't actually care about over and over again at regular intervals. When I saw that you had started two, I jumped to conclusions, that was incredibly ignorant and foolish of me. I didn't mean any harm to you, or anyone else, I just thought that I saw the pattern I have seen so many times before. I am truly sorry, and I hope I didn't upset you in any way. That was really, really dumb of me, and I am terribly sorry. |

As far as bringing the handle close to the hip; should I be pulling in the rope as soon as I start cutting at the wake or once i'm in the air? I've been told both.
P.S. Apology accepted. |

sacwakeboarder, I like to give it one last tug to the hip at about 5 feet from the wake to build the tension to its fullest... However, once you start progressing that more, you will find that different tricks call for different tensions... But where you are at, I would bring it in about 8 feet from the wake for now... _________________
