It looks like crap but if I had to say it looked close to something it looks like an off axis tantrum to blind except you landed on your head.
For a backroll when you're coming up the wake for a normal w2w just lean your upper body to the tail of your board as you come off the wake and turn your head up and to your lead shoulder. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

| i think that it looks like an off axis backside 360, and really horrible looking. thats just what i thought. just the way you took off and started whatever rotation, i thought it was an OA BS 3. |

| You started out like a real tweaked out indy glide. I imagine that's what it would look like if someone started an indy glide and let go. |

| To me it looked like you were trying a moby dick, btu without tripping the wake and trying to throw it after you have left the wake. backrolls are the totally opposite rotaion. edge up and away from the boat and look up and over your lead shoulder. |

looks like a hs bs 180 gone bad lol. u pull on the handle as you take off and it takes you off axis and your weight is off on the take off so you're going off axis with a ton of weight on your back foot so your board goes above your head and you get pwned by the water.
try a backroll by gluing your arms to your rib cage and keep the handle low at your hips. edge through the wake and shift your weight back as you pop off the tip of the wake. look over your lead shoulder while you're doing this and you'll be fine, gl! |

Well i think it looks like a start of an indie glide also till you let go. One thing is for sure telling this guy its crap or bad looking is not very constructive. possitive input would be much kinder. we all start somewhere.
i think your attempt at whatever looked pretty funny and im sure would have looked great from the boat. trying to kill yourself provides lots of entertainment
incidentally when first trying inverts myself i went out the front way way way into the flats, board didnt release and hyper extended everything! some of u will get away with it some of u dont. learn a progression and it will be far less painful. it was a long time before i became comfortable with being upside down because of one stupid horrendous crash.
One last thing NEVER let go till u hit the water. |
