I havent my self but ive heard of people going behind a 14 horse motor, theres nothin wrong behind a seadoo, wake is small so no big air tricks, good way to begin, get your edging and switch riding down and you can do bigger tricks behind bigger boats

Yeah man, I wakeboard behind a seadoo all the time. Unfortunately it is all I have here, but my school has a wakeboard club that should be getting a new boat soon.

You can use it to learn, and you can get some basic tricks going. Just put a person on the back and it makes a difference in the wake.. from non-existent to small.
I can do basic grabs.. and I can do HS and TS 180's normal and switch, HS grabbed 180's, and HS FS 360's. There really isn't much air time with such a small wake and a rope tied low. I'm working on my backside spins and I just started hitting seadoo double ups Razz They actually work! I might try extending my HS FS 360 to a 540 off the crazy seadoo double up. We'll see how that goes Razz

I ride behind a Honda Aquatrax. I just work on my edging and surface tricks. Sometimes I get to ride behind a boat. The Aquatrax weigh a good amount so there is enough wake to go w2w.

I ride behind an 85 horsepower Seadoo all the time. Like they said you can't get big air, but you can do surface tricks, practice riding switch, ollies, 180's (I myself can't do one yet), and grabs which I can do Smile

I started out riding behind a 99' Yahamaha Wave Raider. It's good to start behind because you dont have to worry about crossing huge wakes like svt_gEEk said you can work on surface tricks, ollies, and switch riding.

I always wakeoard behind friends Sea Doo GTX and I like it better than boarding behind my boat. I think it's more fun because it's easy lol and on boat you have to be more serious.

I have not but a lot of people on my lake do it. From what ive seen you can master the basics. Doesnt really matter what you go behind just as long as you have a good time.

my parents have just bought a boat and sold the jetski, i have progressed soo much since we had the boat. the jetski is amazing for learning on but once you get to a stage when you cant progress anymore thats the time for a boat.
