Okay we have an inboard and I was looking at the Z111 and was wondering if it would be possible. If not.. are there alternatives? Here's a pic if you're not getting what I'm saying..

Your drive is typically referred to as an I/O (inboard/outboard), or stern drive. An inboard just has a driveshaft, propeller and rudder on the bottom of the hull.
To answer your question, I doubt you would be able to install one of those devices on an I/O.

Would there be anything else to come close?

Trim up, it'll have a similar effect. You don't really want that much weight in the back in an I/O. Get some sacs and toss them in the front.
