I would like to know how to choose his handle and rope. Is there any differences depending level ?

You should have a non strech rope, and the handle is up to you. I would suggest getting a segmentable shoe string rope, don't go cheep at this one or you'll be buying a new handle every year.

i find cheaper handles tend to be uncomfortable to ride with after a while and mine leaves imprints of the grip in my hands, im looking to upgrade my handle now so i would suggest investing in a more expensive one

a good non stretch rope will cost 50 to 100+ dollars. for a beginner you should probably have the rope about 50 to 60 feet long. once you get better you can lengthen it.

E-bay is a great place to get ropes and handles. Get a spectra non-stretch rope. You should also beable to find one that has sections for lengthening and shortening of the rope. As far as the handle I prefer on with hard sides for the support.
