A blem board is a board that only has cosmetic damage and wont effect the way it rides. otherwise they wont sell them. So yes , you can still ride a blem board , no problem. Evo gear is definately the way to go too. they sell new stuff too for real cheap as well.

Yup, Evogear is where I just bought my '05 O'brien Diesel for $150 shipped. They have '04 Clutches for $89, shipped. I don't know a whole lot about wakeboarding, but a brand-new board for $89 delivered to your door seems very reasonable to me. Very Happy

You can also call Hyperlite directly and ask about their "Thirds". They sell them at 50% of MSRP all year long. Sometimes they have some cool ones, like a Murray with a 3ds topsheet or an all white Parks, etc.

from my experience board companies wont sell them directly to an individual. they told me i had to go through the local pro shop.

natxbrotha, i emailed liquid force, hyperlite,obrein only liquid force replied and responded that they don't have any at this time and i need to go thru someone else they do not sell them directly to the consumer/customer

i mean otherwise there's not as much inflation if they sold it right 2 us

I just got my set up from the local shop because it had a small blem because someone took it out of packaging and the boots were displays there. I only paid 350 out the door.
