Same with me; every time I land in the flats it shoves my foot really hard into the bindings, further then i could ever get on the boat dock. _________________ If the minimum wasn't acceptable it wouldn't be called the minimum. |

Yah i know what u mean. Also whenever i take my foot out after it has a big line from where the binding was pushing into it. _________________ If the minimum wasn't acceptable it wouldn't be called the minimum. |

I think you guys need better bindings. rm_standard, evo's are not bad bindings but they are not really high end either. Or it could be the bindings are a little too big on ya. But either way, its not you, its your bindings. _________________ Does this rag smell like chloroform?

I always find that it kills my knees or if I bend my knees perfectly, it hurts my hips. Is there a different technique than going w2w? I ride a Substance with Alphas.
BTW: Since it hurts, I rarely land more than just past the trough or the edge of the spray. Does it get better or worse the farther you go? |

Pretend you are landing between the wakes, land on a harder edge than you took off from and the board will cut the water more than slap it.

| I have never had my foot go out the front of my bindings landing in the flats. I did have my foot go almost all the way through on a nasty crash. I could barely get my foot back through. I was limping for a week. My whole calf hurt. I have heard of people having to cut thier bindings off. I would get some better bindings asap. You risk injury with bindings that don't fit properly. |

I have the same problem with my alphas. I sinched em up way tight to try and avoid that but then they cut off circulation & my feet hurt after a few minutes. I gotta try some better bindings I guess. _________________ www.texaswakeboarders.com |

Hah hah hah hah hah.... People rarely think of bindings when getting their "better" boards... Wait until you ride out of state without your board and pimp some mobes and throw something into the flats... I actually had to literally cut the binding to get my knee out...
Most boardshops should let you take a few pairs out to see which ones you like the best... I had to demo mine in Dallas, and decided the krux worked the best for me...Err, for what I could afford that is. I really wanted to try out the LF sphinx, but that would envolve me going to the dark side! _________________
