W2W on a wakeskate

Are u supposed to be able to jump the wake on a wakeskate? I've wakeskated once and i could do little like 2 foot jump into the prop wash. I just couldn't cut hard enuf to jump the wake while i still had the board on or near my feet.

If you have a proper progressive edge you can easily go w2w on a wakeskate, but you can't stand tall cause the board will leave your feet. Once you have this mastered you can add an ollie for added pop.
