You are pointing the board towards the wake and then just riding at a set speed toward the wake. You need to focus on starting slower and PROGRESSIVELY build edge until you get to the wake, where the tension on the rope should be greatest. Hold that rope in nice and tight at your waist. If you are having an easy time keeping it in, you don't have enough line tension. If you have to fight to keep the handle in, you have higher tension which you'll need to get good pop. Also, pump up the wake without letting off edge to get a little extra boost.

Watch your video again. Pay attention to the spot where you start to cut in. Shortly after you start your nice progressive edge, you turn the board quickly toward the wake and then keep it at that angle. At that point you go from being on edge to riding with your board almost flat depending wholly on your fins to keep you on track. Your path should be an arc, not a straight line.

Stand tall when you hit the wake. It will feel really odd the first couple of times but you'll get the hang of it.

it looks like ur holding the handle too high make sure that its close to ur waist...... stand tall because ur knees are absorbing ur pop..... and lean back more and dig ur heels in to create a more aggressive edge

good luck
