mini tramps

Do you think that a mini-tramp is good enough for doing a flip with a rope? I have been doing them sometimes with the rope but I was just wondering if it was a waste of time.

looks like u've got a pretty good handle on things... lol. my gymnastics coach would say you have nive form too!

L billiot It was pretty nice out even tho there was snow. I took the pic today and it was like 14 celcius . aubs- I go to open gym and they mad me change my form that way lol. It helps out alot tho because now I can standing backflip (back tuck) on floor where before I could barely do it standing on the big tramp.

thats awesome. i wish i could do a standing tuck. i want that by the fall so that i can use it in my cheerleading routine - that would be so bad ass lol

do those work, my mom has one for working out, that she doesnt even use, maybe il lget a handle and try it

It isn't too hard you just have to do it and not think to much about it. The funny thing about it is that I can't even back handspring. It is alot easier learning into a foam pit tho. I'm sure you will get it in no time just get someone to spot you.

are u kidding me? my standing back-handspring is perfect and i dont come close to landing a standing tuck. my coach wants me to have a toetouch-backtuck for the upcoming season... YEAH RIGHT!!! lol. those things are madd hard...

wakegurl- yah the mini tramp works but I wouldn't try unless you can do a standing one on a big tramp first.

wake152 Being able to backflip off the ground doesn't mean it is cheerleading. Lots of breakdancers do them too.

ya, i wouldnt try any inverts on it anyways, i wouldnt have the confidence anyways, ill jsut practice my spins
