well, so far i can get the rotation and land it fine, but i need tips on the handlepass. i don't have a wrap handle, plus i don't want to learn a trick wrapped anyway. but i just need tips on where to keep the handle when doing the trick. yes, i can do handlepass TS BS 180. i just need help on where to keep it when upside down. thanks in advance.
please be able to do this trick if you are going to post a reply. i don't want someone who can't do it to just wing it on how to do it. i was good advice.
:::EDIT:::
i FINALLY landed this trick tonight when riding. i was so psyked when i got it. i was very close on the first 2 attempts, and got worked up enough to stick it clean on the third try. it took me a couple more tries to land it again, but when i fif get it the 2nd time, i didn't think it could be any cleaner. thanks to whoever gave me tips and the help.

ive tried them before, but i tried to focus more on the handle the rotation, bad idea. i tried to grab it nuclear, but it is such a hard trick, which is why 90% of the pros who do them let go of the handle in mid air and catch it with their other hand like rusty and lyman. i think the key might be to cut out extra far to get a ton of slack in the rope and just kind of drift in. all i know is the further you cut out and then drift, the more slack. sorry i couldnt really help but thats what has gone through my mind when i tried them. it is the hardest handle pass in wakeboarding
ps
last year i had one where i grabbed the handle and spun about 150, close as ive got, good luck, get footy |

kyle, i saw a clip of rusty, from my other thread in general wake. he kept the handle at hit front hip, which is his right hip, the whole time and got it to the small of his back when he started the rotation, and let go and caught it. i might try that today if i feel like attepting it. i don't know yet because i don't like to try new tricks in front of people (i think it is a thing for me since i am on a private lake) |

| yeah i don't blame you, i don't know man, it is just a hard trick. maybe ill try one today, cause it definately feels cool, but that handle is just so hard. look at rusty, he is so jacked and still has to drop the handle, i mean where do you go from there. i think it might be called a patriot missle as its other name by the way, not a g-spot but im not 100% |

i am not so sure danny harf and phillip soven do it the same way with the handle catch. they are pretty rock solid riders and seems to me they tweek the grab more to start rotation earlier, and even get the handle pass before the 180 is completed. *note: this early pass helped danny invented a blind pete.
it may not be the easiest way, but looks nasty for sure.
and g-spot is what melissa marquardt does, wrapped t/s roll2blind.
patriot missle is actually an indy t/s roll2blind.
no special name for the nuke t/s roll2blind that i kno of. _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002

i got VERY close to sicking this trick today. it is hard, of course, but i am about 4-7 inches away from grabbing the handle on it. i will definitely have it by the end of the week.
i also landed a hs bs 360 on my first attempt. i figured i got enough air, so i just threw it and stuck it clean. |

i havent landed a toeside roll 2 blind but my mate can and he said the secret he found is to grab towards the nose with your rear hand as it can make the backroll rotation flatter and stall out the flip for the handle when he goes for the pass.
hope this might help sorry if it doesn't make sense thats what he told me _________________ EAST COAST RIDERS

EAST_COAST_RIDER, i wouldn't really feel very comfortable doing that when jsut starting out o nthe trick. i will probably be able to do it fairly clean just throwing it, then work on grabbing it like that. my rotation if fine right now, since i can get all the way around on the bs 180 and the backroll.
david-d, you are a weird kid. BTW, rollins sucks for wakeboarding. take it out of your sig.
Craig-R, you make no sense. |

ohio_wake_2008, do you know anything about Rollins college? They are one of the top 10 colleges for wakeboarding in the U.S. and place in the college nationals almost every year. _________________ www.soswakeboard.com

Nice! And good job on the TS Broll to Blind. The HS BS was the first 360 I ever landed. Sick trick. Try grabbing tail as you spin, looks sick. _________________ www.Tigeowners.com
