Ok when i try them, i let go with my front hand to help the rotation, I always get good pop and i havelots of time to spot my landing but i land leaning to far back its like i do 90% of the rotation then stop everytime.

What can i do?

Maybe try throwing it harder so you overrotate a few, then find a happy medium. Another thing to try possible is some really big or aggressive ts fs 180s so you're really comfortable with the switch hs landing and can 'save yourself' if you land it a bit short.

Make sure you're keeping the line tight and in close too.

i find it easier holding on with both hands the whole time but w/e

I used to have the same exact problem, found that pulling the rope into your lead hip helps you finish the rotation
