Okay. These wakeboard DVDs have been posted in the Classifieds forever and no one is buying them.

malibu_inverted, yeah it's the dvd... they're all dvds. it's detention vol.'s 1&2 on dvd. sorry $29.99 is the price i want. it's a really decent price when you think about it. i mean detention sells for $38 on most online wakeboard sites like wakeside.com, buywake.com and boardflix.com. i haven't found it for cheaper than $29.99 anywhere yet. so if you wanna buy it from me $29.99 is the price. thanks for your offer anyway!

rideawakeboarder, why was a second topic about the exact same thing needed? Matter of fact, why was the other one needed? The classified section was made so that people would not have to sort through topics trying to sell stuff when they are looking at general wakeboarding. Just because you aren't getting enough traffic to your topics doesn't mean you need to create a new topic in the wrong forum.

on your topic though- How did you get these dvds?
If you bought them why didn't you open them and watch them?

As far as the prices I don't think they are very good. If I am buying from an individual I don't care if they are unopened or not, as long as they work. Unless I am buying from a company they are not worth those prices.

matt1808, i got these for my b-day. i already have copies of these ones so im selling them. as for the other post. i want to delete but i dont know how to. i contacted one of the discussion board monitors anyway and told him to delete it if he could. anyway, as i said before i'm not trying to sell these here i just want people to comment on the prices. what kinds of prices will make them sell is what i wanna know. but i still wanna make a fair profit from these not just give them away. what prices would you sell these for?

rideawakeboarder, someone already told you that theyd pay twenty for a video and you said that was too low. if they are not selling lower the prices as low as you are willing to, and if they still dont sell you are screwed. it seems as tho this is as low as you are willing to sell them for and arent going to listen to anyones advice. id pay 15 maybe twenty for detention, 10 for the other vids. maybe put them on ebay as a package for 45 or 50.

I don't want to jump on the pick on you band wagon cause i think it's fine to make a few posts regarding the sale of an item. The only thing is, I can't seem to understand why you're so hard up to sell THREE dvds. Are you that short on boat gas this summer or something? Smile

. And it's fair for you to say that $20 is too low for detention...it would be. I just thought i'd try cause i already have it on VHS from when it came out and wanted it on dvd but can't justify forking out $30+ for something i already have. Good luck. The prices seem fair.

if your gonna put them on ebay start the bidding 20, 15 and 5 and then have the buy it nows at 30 25 and 15.

After you pay shipping, you arent really getting that good of a deal. You can catch websites all day long that will give you free shipping on select weekends. And you got them as a gift, so the money you get will in turn be all profit. I understand needing to sell things, but you cant tell me that these movies are really holding you back financially. I too suggest just listing them on ebay... If people wanted them, they would have purchased them already!
