bindings too tight?

whenever i put my wakeboard on my feet the bindings reallllllly hurt my toes(they bend back on the thing instead of staying straight) is there anything i can do like loosen the bindings???????

also what is a good way to set my bindings 4 beginners?????

ummmmm 4 got to mention that my feet are size 12.5 or so and my bindings are 5-12 sizes should i use some lube to make it slide easier?? help please.....

dude you should get a pair of bindings that will fit, a pair of xl-xxl. but lube will help it slide in and hopefully not hurt your toes.

I have a similar problem. My binding are xl's and good for size 9-12.5 feet, and Im right at the top with a 12.5 or 13 size foot. My bindings are tight and hard to get on and harder to get back off. See if they can be adjusted to give you a little more room. Also, use binding lube or biodegradable soap (watered down) to slip in. The bindings may break in a little bit over time, but you may want to think about getting some really cush bindings that will fit your feet better.
