| Everyone talks about body armour when riding. I use a lifejacket that helps keep my afloat, Does body armour help you float as well or is it just to help when you crash and stuff. I wanted to by a vapour comnp vest from oneill but if its only for protection i guess a lifejacket does the job anyway? |

uhh i dont know of anyone that wears body armor when they are riding
but seriously i think that you're talking about an impact vest that has rib sheilds and stuff. i dont have one but i guess they'd help with big falls and unless you're going huge i dont think u need one. and they provide some floatation but i dont know of any that are USCG approved. |

i bet hes thinking of one of those wetsuit like things that pros use sometimes.
like jmac2173 said, unless your gettign huse air and might bail hard, you dont need it. unless maybe your wakeboarding in cold weather, but i dont know if its approved as a flotation or whatever. _________________ <CBV>

Buy a good quality life jacket and that's all you will need for a couple years.. no rash guards or armor or anything |

| i ride with an o'neill vapor and it really really helps when you land hard. i have my rash vest underneath but thats because i ride in the sea and it kinda helps keepme warm. |
