| Now that I can jump good, I want to learn tricks. Last weekend I was trying indy grabs and a 180. Any tips for those? the 180 I came in toeside and just jumped and spun off the wake so I didnt have to do a handle pass. I had the full rotAtion but didnt land it, any tips? also how do u guys 180 on the water? |

| you usually dont have to handle pass to do a 180, if you come in HS and then spin FS, so that your back leg comes out like your gunna kick the boat, just pull the handle down toy our back hip, but wiat until you are in the air or else you will go off axis and fall hard....and for surface 180s, just try and keep your weight as centered as possible, and then just do the same thing. its eaier to do it on the crest of the wake so that way your fins dont catchand its also called a butterslide, cause its like your grinding the wake. hope that helped. |
