today while wakeboarding the silver ball top popped of the tower wat should i do??

If the tower was at fault then it will be replaced faster then you can say

Follow the directions and check the torque on everything after each use/few uses.

The allen wrenches that come with the tower are really handy to keep in the boat.

Actually was a combo of 50% increase in aluminum, including all the previous accessories, moving from my basement to a real company with boat loads of overhead and keeping a viable business model so we can be around to support customers for many years.

And moving from Natty Lite to Miller Lite, this was a biggie.

Funny thread, sorry your ball popped off, but monster has awesome customer service, which is why I have one on my boat. sounds like they are gonna take care of you though.

I would have loved a monter tower, but the cost increase put me over my budget. I went with big air , I understand monters point on the cost increase but it will also hurt them.

1. Very very good quality.
2. Very silent
3. Great customer service.
4. One of the best towers you can buy... without the best tower price

really... is $1195, no tax, and free shipping all that bad for a quality tower???

I do have one problem... i orderd my monster tower 3 weeks ago. said they shipped it. i called back the day it was supposed to be at my door, and they screwed up. it didnt ship untill that date. so i didnt get it for another week, screwing up my big party trip up to Bear Lake. (utah) Crying or Very sad

This wasnt from the internet either. this was orderd straight from there factory. it had to ship out of atlanta... they should send me a free board rack for my troubles and dissapointment... Very Happy

also the new towers ship with the quick release knobs for the front paws and also the upgraded tow point, correct?

At least they are not made of stainless, you think aluminum prices are up! Geesh....

Mr. Mo-Fat and anyone else that had trouble getting through recently - a huge apology from all of us. This market you do like 75% of the years biz in May-July and there are times all four lines are lit up, everyone is on the phone and we know calls are still coming in Sad

Time for a new phone system and more help before next summer.

From now until about mid April, if anyone is bored and wants to chat with someone, we have everyone looking for something to do and a lot of thum twiddling going on.

I believe there are a couple of other tower companies that really dont like our products very much Laughing
