| how fast should the boat be going when wakeboarding? also the rope should be about 65 feet right ? |

65 may be good for some people, but to far out or to close with others. it all depends on the wake and speed.
get to a speed where your comfortable and where the wake decent, and then adjust your rope length to where the wake is not washed _________________ Wake Forest University |

long ass tape measure
jk it should say on the rope. if not it should have said how long the rope is when you got it and each takeoff is five feet. |

| its mainly dependent on the boat. wider wake = shorter line. typically more advanced riders will ride a longer line. a longer line imo makes boat speed feel a little slower and allows you to cut further away from the wake. |
