SouthBoarder, try grabbing nose or method.. you don't even have to get the grab but going down like that will keep you crouched rather than hunched over.

Iwas always blowing the handle, yanked out at the landing. Recently, a friend noted I was always landing on the crest of the wave, the sudden slowdown caused the yank,
now I just make sute I have a good enough run /speed to clear both wakes and I'm much better on the 360s

Too add to what k9fxr said, pull the handle harder. If you are pulling it as hard as you can, lock your elbows on the cut so you can pull the handle farther.

i found myself to lose the handle as well when i would land because i wasnt fully clearing the wake, so i always make sure i cut hard enough to have a smooth landing.

SouthBoarder, there is nothing wrong with passing the handle under your butt, in fact this has helped a few people I know...myself included.

pull the handle harder to ur hips. this will advance you further toward the boat in the air , lowering line tension, making for an easier handle pass. once completed you should have the rotation and a line that isn;t bursting out of your hands on landings.

the key is in the amount of slack line that u have access to. If u can just edge harder toward the wake so that u can clear w2w meanwhile pullin the handle right to ur body then u will have enough time/slack line to make a solid pass and get a good grip on the handle

Right on, but remember the slack line is created by pulling on the handle. Edging hard through the wake creates line tension which makes pulling the handle real tough

So you are coming up short cuz you crunch over or you just can't land with the handle in your hand???? I'm confused on what the real problem is... Crunching over is not a problem IMO and actual just ads a particular style to the trick.

I only generate slack in the line when I'm doing off axis stuff I would say most of my on axis spins the line is tight but cuz of the pull in close to the hips. A good 3 is all about keeping the handle close to the hips. On off axis stuff you roll over the handle a bit so by default it generates some slack right when you go to pass it.

take a wider aproach to the wake this way you can generate enough speed to clear the wake with out creating as much line tension as a short aproach.... hope that helps

thanks guys ive landed it twice now, and ironically its been behind freinds air nautiques, so ive been trying to tell my dad if i wanna land tricks we need a new boat, but yeah behind my small boat i take everytrick into the flats cuz i cuz hard to get more pop and thats why the rope pops sometimes, if i had a bigger wake i could take a more relaxed cut for a wake to wake landing instead of in the flats but yeah your guys' advice was great thanks,
