Also, to the trained eye, you can see there is the graphics of the 144 parks on top, and 140 on bottom... BUT, they are the exact same length.... Hmmmmm?

dmb, its very comfortable... I measured many chairs to decide what height I wanted my bench. Laughing

AirProfile, Most board companys will send you scrap boards, you just have to ask.

Yeah, I put the bottom one in because if 2 people sat on either end and one of them stood up it tipped sometimes. Will put the legs further apart next time!

They aren't glued on, I put some small screws through the rails.

If you do bolt them, be careful, it would be very easy to over tighten and punch a hole through the board, especially if it is a foam core.

Also, wear some kind of mask/eyewear. These boards are pressurized, once you break the seal there is a bunch of crap that will fly at you.
