I took out my cwb sol today ....as i talked about in my previous thread and ASIDE from certain bad expirences with water the board handels really well........ I was able to get some (for me) good air and it rides good the only thing is the bindings seem to hurt/cramp up my feet after alittle while.

I'm shure this is just from using a REAL Binding (mobe) now and not the hyepercrap sandals i had on my other board.

Also we got the wake on the bayliner capri I/o trimmed out to look nice but it makes right behind the boat really rough. The only problem i now see with this is my rope might be to long when i come out on the toe side to progressive edge back in and jump the wake it has tooooooo long of "down" time, meaing not moving fast just kinda drifting back to the boat .....any ideas on helping that slack time ....or comments on the CWB line?

Sounds cool man. You will get used to the bindings, and the bindings will get used to you. I have a 2004 sol and the first few times the bindings were really hard to get into and hurt my feet after riding, but now they are extremely comfortable.

I've enjoyed the Sol so far, it was a big improvement over my last board I think it was a 2001 CWB infinity. Have fun riding.

Hey man, what I do is, tow the rope at the speed I like to be pulled at with nobody riding. Now watch back there at your wake. Get the rope to hit the wake just before a big lip starts.....and way behind where the wake washes out. I ride an I/O and we use a 60 to 65' rope. My speedo is out, but that's anywhere from 20 to 23 mph for us. Maybe you have the perfect length but just not enough edge when you come back in toeside? You can shorten the rope till you get used to it. I hope i understood what you were saying correctly, if not.....just explain again. Good luck Wink

crackbarrels method is the best way to do it. I have tried to make signs for trimming and such when i am riding, but it doesn't work. Just do it like cracha said and you'll get it pretty good, and you can slightly adjust speed accordingly.

I may be going to slow also we were going about 17mph. The rope i had is the ski rope and its 75feet long. Also im progressing on the heel side i meant i swing out toe side (right side of the boat) then heel back in for the jump.

Thanks guys ~~~~
