1) stand tall, handle at waist, progressive edge
2) lean harder and bend knees to absorb wake.. practice makes it easier
3) ollie is the same for skating, snowboarding, or wakeboarding..

basically you need to bend your knees a lot, push down with your trailing foot very hard, while lifting the leading foot up to your chest.. once you bottom out the trailing foot, lift it to your chest as well.. this should be a quick and fluid motion..

the easiest way is to learn to ollie on a skateboard.

also, if you have one available, strap a snowboard on and pick up the front foot (flexing the board) then use the flex in the tail to pop your back foot up... just experiment.. it takes time to learn
