hey last weekend we picked up our 2002 supreme v208. today we were out on oroville. and well first thing we did was went to fill up the ballast. one filled. but the other, when u click fill: the pump just kinof jumps. and stops. but it empties.

my friend has a supreme and his dad said sometimes the impeller swells. so i took my pump apart and the impeller looked kindof jammed in there on one side. i took it out and....

any idea what to do? thanks

What may be happening is the impeller is getting stuck... so every time you empty at the end of the day.... quickly press fill and suck up some water... this way when you go back out... and the impeller is stuck... it is stuck in the fill position...

If the impeller looks good and there are no leaks.... Just flip the switch back and forth.... see if that works..

If you are on holidays and a long way from home... I am just over the border from where you are...

I have some extra impellers... they are $35cdn.... I have them in my boat... just call

250-488-0386

Let me know... I have a 04 Supreme!

i took them out. then put them back in and, with the cover open, i had my friend flip the switches and the one that wasnt working spun both ways. so hopefully ill be out tomorrow to try them again..

i lubed it up with armor-all like my friends dad told me to. trying to "restore" the rubber.
thanks
