I ride as a begginner and im at the stage where i want to start using progressive edge however when i to cut in i realised that by the time i had reached the wake it was considerably more flat than at the middle. The rop at the moment is about 55ft. Baring in mind im a beginner what length should i have the rope at?

Bindings? I have some but im not sure what position to put them in. I want to be able to switch and ride regular just as well as goofy (im a goofy rider) but i also want stability and easy to progressive edge stance. Any hints?

I really dont understand your first paragraph. Is the wake flat? What do you mean by flat? Could you be pulling the boat around? What kind of boat is it? For the rope length put it out to where the wake is the nicest.
