ok here goes. My girlfriend and i have just recently taken up wakeboarding. I have a liquid force search 143 xxl....'04( seeing as how i am 240 pounds), with the liquid force flight bindings. i am not too sure if my bindings are too small or if they r too tight, but my toes fall asleep by the end of the first ride...(wich usually lasts about 2 min). are my bindings too small? or do i have my laces too tight?

?#2 i can get up on the board relativly easy and go in a straight line like a champ but, i really have no idea what i am to do to cut and get over the wake...any tips on how to turn or cut?

?#3 i live in ohio on the lakeshore and erie can get too be a bit choppy. It usually is when we go out, is it easier to control on an inland lake with no chop? any help will be great....lazer!

#1 - sounds like they are too tight.. try to loosen them up so you can pull the board off while in the water... don't want to be glued to that board if you wipe out realllly bad...

#2 - when you're riding straight, you have both hands on the rope? if so, to cut outside the wake heelside just lean back a bit and dig in with your heels(bend your knees to absorb the shock and make it smoother). For toeside, hold the rope with the lead hand and lean away from the boat and dig your toes into the water...

#3 - the flatter the better.
