| I can't tell from the picture (too small) but I believe they are I/O's. If you want a better wake fill your boat with as many hoochies as you can find. |

hoochies are fat girls... just kidding. He's trying to tell you to put more weight in your boat. You can get fat sacks for weight, put lead weights in there, invite lots of friends. You can also trim your motor up just a little to tweak the wake. That's going to take some getting used to.
more weight will be the best way to go. good looking boat, from what i can tell
good luck,

| you could also not use the bilage or not bail it out and put as much gas as possible in it but that just weighs the back |

Yes, Regal’s are I/O.
You can get a good wake from a 21’ I/O by keeping it heavy. Keep the fuel tank full, pack the boat full of friends, and once you get the wake boarder up, bring the trim up until the wake is sharp. If the wake is white-capping where the skier crosses, bring the trim up some more. I run about ¾ trim and 20-25 mph for wake and knee boarders and my 21.5’, 4600lbs I/O creates a huge wake. _________________ WARNING!
