New 2004 Liquid Force Team boots?

Check out the bindings on Kyle Schmidt on page 102/103 of the new WBM. They are the Strom tropper Ultras with the back of the Exo's. I was wondering if this is the new boot?

I saw the ultras with the lace up backs a couple months ago in Waterski Magaizine. I'm pretty sure someone said they were the new Team Boots...

yeah..... i saw that and i was going to make a post but never got around to it. Sounds like it should be a good binding

I saw in a forum that LF was asking about making the team boot(ultras w/ lace-ups)

I met kyle on the trip across america and he said they were coming out with lace up ultras. Will someone post the pic from WBM? My shop is way behind and I can't get it yet.

yeah they are pretty cool but werent they made to have the most locked down fit. personally i dont think they will be the same as the ultras probably just like the exos

They are the exact same binding as the ultras but with a lace up back. The difference between them and the Exos is that the Team is a lower cut binding (doesn't go as far up the leg).

Man, that sounds like one awesome binding. The offspring of the Ultra and Exo would be incredible, an Ultro, or maybe even an Extra, ahhhh the possibilities. (beats the "team" name). When will these be released?

Sounds like the perfect binding. The only thing that the ultra sucs needed was easier entry. Hopefully these new "team" boots will be the schizzle Shocked

i have pro suctions and that's exactly what those r like. their basically ultras, but with a lace up back!!!!!!!! I love my bindings!!!!!!!!!!

No they are notthe same. The Pro are horrible the overlays are totally different and they rip out.

agreed, the pros are completely diff. than the ultras or even there predesesor the exo. The pros have a very poor overlay system because of where the are postioned on the baseplate, also the overlays are much stiffer than ultras are. the pros also often were dropped from the LF line up because of they fact that the overlays broke ALOT, they held TOO hard around the top of the foot and not even close to enough around the heel. thats why they discontinued them and took a whole year to redesign and redevelop them and came out with one of the most popular 2002 year bindings.
