i wana build a slider but i want to make a computerized sketch of it first. i've heard of some easy-to-learn programs like this, can anyone recommend one? or some? _________________ signatures are lame |

da man, what does? i'm hopin for some freeware but maybe that's not gona happen, cuz CAD takes a lot of work to learn and costs $$ i thought... _________________ signatures are lame |

| AutoCAD cost a couple grand..it'd be a perfect tool none the less to make plans so if you are near a university or something or have access then go for it. |

someone at this forum made a nice plan using Sketch Up http://www.sketchup.com/ you can try the trial, and use a patch and have it for free. www.mscracks.com a bunch of serials and patches and cracks, but beware of adware and spyware. i have spykiller, so i wory not.
i made some plans with it for a rainbow rail for snowskates. and paint isnt good for plans at all. you make a 3D image with this, and u can measure lengths and everything. it wasnt very confusing to me, unlike most image editors (like paint shop pro) and if you go to the cite and watch the first couple tutorials, you understand alot of things.
(sory that the images look sorta bad, had to convert to jpeg for the cite) _________________ <CBV>
