Body slide

How the hell does someone do a body slide or tumble turn or watever its called?? anyone have any pictures?? im confused on it

shaun murray does em all the time, in fact i think he made it up. he likes to call it the seattle slide or something like that...something having to do with seattle. they are dam hard, you gotta be strong and just try it a bunch when your bored. oh and another thing: dont try it when its choppy, baddddd idea

Technically it's an old barefoot trick.....

You know those crazy kooks riding on their bare feet at 40mph and think it's fun????? well they do the tumble turn at each end of the lake where I come from....
