Quick question about whats possible on a tramp, can anybody here do a s-bend or a whirly 7. These 2 just don't seem possible, like you don't have enough hang time. Also whats the biggest spin ppl can do. And finally on the water, has anyone ever heard of a similiar trick to the s-bend except u spin fs and not bs.

Yes, those can be done on the trampoline. I depends on how fast you spin and how high your tramp bounces you obviously. I haven't been able to come close to a whirly 7 on my tramp, but I don't think it bounces all that high which is part of the problem. The good part about this though, is that it makes you learn how to do the tricks with less air time.

The Headless Chicken, so, for s-bends you start your body varial right off the bounce? or do you do a raley first, and then twist your body in the air. cuz i tried that and nearly broke my neck. in the higher education video it looks like they do a raley first, and then decided to through in the body twist in the middle of it.
