I am getting pretty close with landing one, but when I am about to land I just come up short of the rotation or just barely get the rotation. When I do get the rotation my board will hit the water for the landing, but I won't be standing tall to absorb. Any pointers on getting the rotation all the way through and standing tall to absorb the landing?
umm one thing i found out when first learning them is that i was taking too hard of a cut its alot easier to take a nice easy progressive cut and keep the rope in close to your hips for a quicker rotation and just look over your front shoulder to spot your landing.

The progressive edse is important, also are you looking over your lead shoulder? If not, do it. And you can control the speed at which you flip by pulling in or letting out the handle. If you give a pull in you will flip around a little faster. If you want a big slow flip let the handle out as you begin the flip. _________________ Does this rag smell like chloroform?
