I have currently out grown my belmont 134 and I am trying to decide on either a belmont 141 or a premier 140, but was trying to find out the differences or pros and cons of 3 stage rocker compared to continuous rocker? Thanks

i dont nkow much about the differeces in 3 stage rocker and continues rocker, but i have ridden noth board, i prefer the premier over a belmont, i like the ride of it, and the pop of it, and the jib base on sliders....demo them both then you can decide

Actually, the Premier is a 'subtle 3-stage' board. Somethin' like in between 3-stage and conotinous. I don't know about the belmont...but i love my premier!

a continious rocker is going to be more of a mellow board, smooth riding, easy landings, and will have a consistant pop all the time. A three stage rocker, for example the parks board, is very quick on the water, reacts as fast as you tell your body to make it, going to have more pop - but less consistant. If you go to hyperlites website, they have a chart that will help you make a choice. I just bought a new premier biolite.

you don't nesisarily get more pop from a three-stage rocker, it all depends on how you ride.

I would say go with the premier because the continous rocker boards like the belmont are slow in the water. That is just my opinion.
