Blading is a huge part of my cardio work out. There are a couple of hills where I live where I can get up to 45mph on my blades. Then going back up...what a workout.

I'm not ashamed of it, I love blading

agressive skating is tight, i dont think id skate for fitness...but hey...if you like wearing spandex and a bike helmet go for it

I friut boot. Its the only sport I do in the winter. Since the lakes up here are all frozen over or butt cold going to an indoor skate park is the next best thing for me. Very Happy
