In 24 hours this weekend (6:30 am Sat - 6:30 am Sun) my friend and I drove to Raleigh, NC to look at an 1989 2001. Here is what went down. 500 miles to get there. Look the boat over and perform engine tests. Tow it to lake at go for test ride. Take a few 20 minutes sets behind it. Load it back up and take it back to house. Look boat over again and realize trailer tires will NEVER make 500 mile trip back to Florida. Haggle over price for an hour. Settle on a deal and take the boat on a wild goose chase looking for an open tire shop on Saturday at 6:00 pm. Finally find a place, BJ's Wholsale Club. Tire guy looks at tires and finds replacement tire. Then tire guy proceeds to install wrong size new tire. Friend catches him after one is already installed on trailer. Tire guy gets confused look on his face and then disppears for 45 minutes while he figures it out. Tire guy re-emerges with new tires. Gets them installed, we pay and are finally ready to leave. We get on the road at 8:30 pm to begin our 8 hour trip. Arrive back in Florida at 6:30 am with a SWEET NEW 1989 CORRECT CRAFT 2001! Very Happy

What a crazy trip. Road trips like that are the best. Congrats on the new boat. You will love it for sure!!
