you could probably post the questions in the boat forum. there are a lot of knowledgable people on this site that im sure would be able to answer your questions but i dont know if there are any marine mechanics.

From my experience there are a couple of people on this site that know how to turn a wrench and if you need help post your questions with some detailed info.

If you really want a good site for help on marine applications check out this site.
