i just bought a pump from skylon and used it once last week and everything was great. just got back from to day and pluged it in and nothing happened and in the directions it said to reset it and unplug it then plug it in agian so did that a couple times nothin happened has this ever happened to anyboady else. also the boat was on and i tried it in two other cars. thanks

For my pump sometimes i have to like push the pump part down into the water or move it around some and then it like starts taking the water in. This is what me and i few others have to do but i don't know if that's your problem or not. Does the pump still make noise like it's working?
