Today was my first day to try a tantrum.
any tips are appreciated Laughing

im taking a big cut out and coming in on a steady progressive edge and then letting the wake trip me or w/e....well i do the spin perfect every time and i land every time just as soon as i land the board kinda slides out in front of me and i eat the water.

Im being pulled behind a 19 ft Mako center console boat with no pylon or tower....could this be affecting my inverts and stuff...the rope being really really close to the water?

Also i may not be throwing my head back and looking for my landing, how hard should i throw my head back.

Thanks to anybody that gives some tips...hopefully ill be able to land it this weekend Razz

if the board is sliding out in front of you, then it sounds like your over-rotating.

Yep. Try spotting your landing earlier. And when you see the water under you untuck your body a little to stop your rotation.

Tyler, I Feel your pain, I did the same thing 3 weeks ago.

The cardinal rule of boarding: never land with legs straight, you will mess yourself up...
