i'm just getting started and am trying to decide which board to buy. I want to get a package for under 280$ what company would you recommend and what packages?... by the way i'm 5' 85-95 pounds w/ a size 7.5 shoe

some of the packages i was considering are:
CWB Sol 135 w/mobe bindings
LF Nemesis 131 w/ element bindings- i wasn't sure about the rocker on
this board- its supposed to be a 3 stage and i know that isn't good for begginer
LF search 135 w/metro bindings
any way are LF and CWB good companys or are other companys better...also i've noticed that alot of people have hyperlites are they good?
I am open to suggestions

LF and CWB are great companies. I would suggest the Sol package. I bought it for cheap at a local shop for my friends to ride. I was pretty impressed with the tracking for a beginner's board and the Mobes are adjustable which is good for beginners. i have not tried the LF models you have posted but I have had a pair of LF EZ Suctions and absolutely hated them. They were their main adjustable binding a couple of years ago.

I would say the nemisis would take you farther and is an overall better choice for your size and price range.

I can't comment on the CWB package, but I'd highly recommend the Nemesis 131. It's a board that's easy to control, and you definitely won't outgrow it ability-wise for a long time to come.
